Shipping & Returns
All our products are made upon ordering, therefore processing times range from 5 to 10 working days from payment confirmation, and delivery times vary from 3 to 5 days depending on the country.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, with the following timetable: 8.30 - 13.00 / 14.00 - 17.30.
* Orders placed over the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning. Finally, if made on a public holiday, they will be processed starting from the following working day.
Shipping costs will be calculated automatically by the cart, depending on the country of destination of the goods.
* If your country is not included in the automatic selection of the cart, send an email to info@dareoriginal.com to find out the shipping costs.
At the end of the preparation of the order, the customer will receive an informative e-mail from our customer service confirming the fulfillment of the order and entrusting it to the courier. As soon as the shipment has been taken over by the latter, you will receive an email notification with all the shipment details directly from the courier.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the shipment (the days will start to be calculated on the basis of proof of delivery). The products must be returned intact and provided with their tag.
To make a return, send an e-mail to info@dareoriginal.com, indicating the order reference number and your name. You will then be sent the form to fill in and place inside the box of the product to be returned.

In the case of Return for Withdrawal (e.g. the product is not liked, change of mind, etc.), the shipping costs for returning the products are charged to the final customer. The return will be under the responsibility of the end customer until the box is delivered to our warehouse.
In the event of a return for an incorrect, damaged or defective product, the shipping costs are at our expense. Furthermore, the transport costs for the return will not be charged.
Once we have received the products, we will arrange for the return within and no later than 14 days based on the payment method you used.
